Users may experience momentary trouble signing in to chartbeat.com accounts while system updates are underway, and actions performed within Headline Testing, Reports, and Advanced Queries may briefly fail, but the Chartbeat application should remain fully functional for the majority of the maintenance window. Should you experience one of these application response errors, wait a few minutes before trying again.
